Black & White Coffee Roasters – The Traditional

The Traditional provides an excellent look at a carefully roasted dark roast coffee. Typically dark roasted coffees are roasted such that the characteristics of the bean are all but lost. With the Traditional, B&W set out to craft a delicious, careful roast that also provides that darker flavor profile that some people new to specialty coffee crave. This also provided the roaster with an excellent opportunity to work with producers who produce good but not quite single origin quality beans. This one features notes of dark chocolate, cherries, and marzipan. Best enjoyed as a drip brew or espresso.
